Just to add my 2-cents' worth: I have just begun using the 
QuickLink Pen (which is different from the C-Pen, and had a 
more favorable review in wherever it was); it's around 118 
pounds (incl. vat) over here. It's a bit fiddly in some respects, 
especially when you're trying to edit/correct text in its own tiny 
display window; but it's enormously useful, and its potential for 
simplifying life (like when journal contributors send you 
unusable disks) seems tremendous. Couldn't say about 
linking up with Orbis, but I don't see why not, if you're using 
NBWin, as you can set it up to transfer text to other Windows 
applications.
