You may get a more specific recommendation, but what you seem to need
generally is some sort of extended clipboard program that allows
multiple clips to be stored and selectively recalled and pasted. Try
some of the shareware collections, e.g. TuCows at

for several shareware and freeware candidates. Some combine macro
management. One may fit your situation.

I also ran across MacroClip ($19 registration), at 

     http://www.gentee.com/mclip/index.htm

which seems a useful mix of macro and clipboard features.

I haven't used any of these programs, so I'd be pleased to hear anyone
else's experience with these types of utilities.
