Re: NBWin and Endnote

Paul:

I have NOT tried to generate reference lists. Thus far, the journals that
take the sort of thing I write don't require them: footnotes or endnotes are
enough.

As Dorothy says, all this depends on what you wish to accomplish. My life
simpler would be simpler if I could exchange data between EndNote and
Ibidem, and use each where appropriate. (It would also help if Ibidem
allowed me to copy the information that appears in the window at the bottom
of the screen onto the clipboard. From there, I could use it any way I
wish.)

General comment: one of the main reasons I don't like Winword is Microsoft's
tendency to make me do things their way, and (increasingly) to make it
difficult to turn off their latest and greatest. Hence my interest in
NotaBene. But Ibidem too tries to restrict me... Flexibility may not be
everything, but it sure helps me.
