So far as I know - no. I don't think that the order of the 
lines in NBCUSTOM.SET makes any difference.

It would, however, be as well to make sure either that 
there is no other line starting "DR=", or that the one you 
are inserting is the last line in the file, so as to 
over-ride any other DR line.

Don't forget also that there must be no mode or 
embedded commands in the file; to avoid these, I always 
used expanded mode when editing NBCUSTOM.SET.
