May I add a note to Cyprian's pointer to AskSam.

I have used the windows version for some months now, and find it invaluable
in relation to archiving web pages in quantity. Of course, one may see ways
in which improvements might be made - AskSam are good listeners to
suggestions - but reservations are small and not connected with operational
problems of significance.
