Bookwhere to nb 4.5

As I am still having problems getting NBwin to load, I thought that I
would use bookwhere to create a ibidem database, but unfortunately, the
file created by the export feature of bookwhere to ibidem dos is not
immediately recognizable to NB. I gave theexport file the name nbbib.dat, but
NB still can't pick it up. Has anyone a recipe?
