Non NB: Query

Dear Notabenieri,

Sorry to bother all with a non-NB, non-surfing and totally 
irrelevant question; but since the notabenieri cover the globe, 
somebody may have the answer here.

Does anyone know where Vista University is? I received a 
submission to the journal I edit via their on-line submissions; I 
need to return the printout etc. but there's no s-mail address 
on the accompanying communication from the author. The e-
mail address ends with ".ac.za" (although I tried e-mailing and 
got it bounced back); ring any bells?
