Lois, I echo your sentiments exactly with re manuals. I have my NB4
manual nearby and check it regularly to problem solve, sometimes just
cruise it to learn new stuff. I'm absolutely positive there's a ton a
capability in there that I've haven't a clue about. I can't see doing
Windows without a manual either. Did I hear someone say that about 220
of us old faithful ones are signed onto this list? Do we have any
influence on the head honcho and founder at NY/NotaBene? Should we
raise our voices from the land of disappointment and see if we can
persuade TPTB to reconsider?
A question: though I started with NB3 ten years ago, these last 2-3
years I hardly used NB because life went elsewhere...now I'm back and
have forgotten some of the neat things I knew I would NEVER forget.
Such as: when you call up a DIR list and open the first file, how do you
'get next file' with one or two keystrokes? Forgive my baby questions
but I gotta start somewhere. Thanks. Maureen
