I don't know whether NBwin can or will use (existing) XPL tools.  I
suspect that XPL utilities would have to undergo some tinkering, a
consequence of the DOS to Win transition.  I would imagine that our
colleagues in the XyWrite for Win side of the world might provide
information as to the matter.

As to the lack of a printed manual, it will have to take a number,
along with the relative absence of "thank you's" at store checkout
counters and other traditional cultural and material forms.
Translation:  "Hey, it's the 90s."
