NB 4.5 and W98

Folks,
  Probably an old question that I overlooked.  I'm now running NB4.5 under
Win98.  I'm trying to run Lingua in a full-screen DOS session, of course, but I
get a blank screen.  NB4.5 is there (typing "quit" blind and hitting Enter
exits the program), but not visible.  Suggestions?  Thanks in advance.  (PS I
still don't know what driver to use with the Canon MultiPass C3500.  Any ideas?
I suspect it's based ona bubble-jet printer.)
