I do, and it allows at least some use of the clipboard (when connected to UC's
 library, it seems as though
one can use the clipboard with keyboard commands (Ctrl-Insert, etc.) but not
 with the mouse). It also
includes a customizeable keyboard file so you can assign strings (like ID
 information to request library
books) to keys, and make these custom keyboards unique to particular sites.  And
 it's free.
