Beside the plausible suggestions more knowledgable members of the list
have already suggested, this possible glitch occurs to me (from my
experience trying to get NB 4.5 to use a DJ670): If I remember aright,
NB's list of printer drivers includes one labeled "DJ5xx"; is that perhaps
what you have installed? I tried using that because the printer manual
said a DJ540 driver would work. That one didn't. Then the NB people in
NYC told me that the usable DJ drivers are listed NOT under "inkjet
drivers" but (irrationally to my way of thinking) under "Laser jet." Once
I found the right driver, no more problems. (I use Lingua drivers, so
non-Lingua might be different.) FWIW.
