Peace House Foundation is looking for students/teacher volunteers willing to 
share their talents and knowledge in designing a EFL curriculum for a school in 
Tanzania.  PHF, located in Bloomington, Minnesota, will be opening its 
secondary school in Arusha, Tanzania in January, 2007.  The students will spend 
a prep year between primary and secondary school remediating basic skills in 
reading,. writing, and math.  Intense English instruction is a major focus of 
this prep year.  Using curriculum from Tanzania and incorporating materials and 
ideas from teachers here, we hope to build a quality English language program 
for the students.

There is a job opening  for a full-time ELL EA at Plymouth Middle School.  It 
would be a great opportunity for an MAT student or 2nd licensure student 
interested in working with ELL's.  The position was advertised in Sunday's
