Position Responsibilities:  
Coordinate the planning and implementation of a large and progressive
basic education program and GED Testing Center in the Anoka-Coon Rapids
area.  Manage work direction, staff training, and supervision of GED
Testing Center staff, ABE/ESL teachers and support staff.  Supervise and
facilitate workforce education efforts, outreach activities including
website, student advisory council, post-secondary partnerships  and
other activities for the consortium. 
 
Minimum Qualifications:            
Requires a Bachelor's degree in education, training and development or
related area and previous experience in organizing programs and
activities for adults. Excellent communication, interpersonal,
supervisory, and computer skills are necessary. Current experience or
knowledge of adult basic education, experience in business with focus on
training and development and/or Minnesota Teaching License is
preferred.
