Part-time Adult Basic Education Instructor
Location: Lincoln Elementary School, 540 South St., Anoka, MN
55303-5208
Position: 76 days/year; 3.75 hours/day

Part-time ABE instructor is needed to work with adult non-native
speakers in a program serving ELL adults and children in Anoka. This
person will become a member of a team working with the adults enrolled
in the English as a Second Language classes.  

Responsibilities will include providing English instruction to adults,
working with onsite volunteers, assisting with paperwork and
coordinating student assessment.  Position hours 2:30pm - 6:15 W and Th.
 Class time is W and Th 4:00pm - 6:00. 

Minimum qualification: Valid Minnesota teaching license. Proven ability
to work as a professional team member and computer skills are required.
Experience working with adults in an ESL or ABE academic program is
desired.

Starting Hourly Wage: $20.30
Start Date: Training begins ASAP after closing
