Job Openings in Anoka-Hennepin District

Due to program expansion, there are several teaching positions 
available at Metro North's Adult Education Center in Columbia 
Heights.  
Information about these positions is available on the Anoka-Hennepin 
website (www.anoka.k12.mn.us).  Click on "Employment Opportunities", 
then on "Community Education Teacher" for the ABE Teacher positions 
(requires current MN teaching licensure - any field) or 
on "Community Education Classified" for the ABE Literacy Assistant 
position (does not require teacher licensure).  All positions close 
on 1/13/05.  Positions start ASAP after closing.  All positions are 
working with adult students.
 
ABE Teacher - 16 hours/wk (4 nights - M-Th)  
ABE Teacher - 8 hours/wk (2 nights - M/T)
ABE Literacy Assistant - 9 hours/wk (3 nights - M, W, Th)
 
In addition, there will be a new posting on Friday, 1/7, for an ABE 
Teacher position teaching adult ESL students in Brooklyn Center (3 
days, 1 
evening  - 21 hours/wk).  Please check the website on F, 1/7, if you
