I have a copy of the RXLib.ohf file and viewer (HTML-Help) IN ENGLISH [715 Kb] , if you like.?

I can't host it on my site (size problems) but if someone else wants to host it, I'll send it to them and they can make the anouncement.

*** The original authors sold their business Aug 1 to an "undisclosed" buyer, so I cant ask permission???
