Changing the Colour of the Form's Title Bar [BCB3]

Hi,

I am trying to change the color of the forms title bar from whatever to red.

I thought this would be easy but...

I have tried intercepting the WM_NCPAINT message with message handlers and
the BEGIN_MESSAGE_MAP
END_MESSAGE MAP Macros all to no avail.

Could someone please post a code example of how to do this.
