Error id database programs

I have a strange problem. 
I installed BCB3 C/S on my machine and restarted the computer. When I tried
to run for example SQL Explorer I received the following error message:

The ODBC resource DLL (C:\Windows\system\ODBCINT.DLL) is a different
version than the ODBC driver manager (C:\Windows\system\ODBC32.DLL). You
need to reinstall the ODBC components to ensure proper operation.

When I press OK the same error appears. I press OK again and the program
works fine. 

Note that I chose the FULL installation option. I reinstalled BCB3 and
restarted my computer but te error still exists.

Can anny one explain what is happening?
