Scrolling won't stop

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if any one had encounted this problem before with an
application they had written. I've got a DBGrid on a form showing the
results of a Query (about 2000 records in result set). Sometimes if I
scroll through the results for a while using the mouse and then release the
mouse button, the scrolling doesn't actually stop. It does stop if I move
the mouse off the scroll bar but if I move it back onto the scroll bar it
starts scrolling again even though I hadn't clicked the mouse button. The
only way to get it to stop is to click another part of the scroll bar and
sometimes this doesn't even work. I've noticed it sometimes happens in
other windows applications so maybe it is some sort of Windows bug.

Any input would be appreciated.
