The color of these items (not including clBlack) depend on the
"Appearance Scheme" that you have chosen from the Display panel in the
Control Panel.  They can also be changed by other windows settings.
See help for: TColor type.
That will not give you much of a clue, but it is about as far as I have
tried to figure out.
