Taskbar

Dear BCB Users,
    I am facing a problem using ShowWindow. The problem is that I want my
program icon to be only seen in the Status bar and not the taskbar.
    I was able to put Icon on Taskbar using RXLib and hidden the program
from Taskbar OnActivate using ShowMessage(Application->Handle, SW_HIDE).
Upto this everything is fine. Now the problem lies when I minimize the
window. The Program come up on the TaskBar. I can't find any function like
OnMinimize and putting the line on OnResize function does not work.
    Can anybody come up with some Ideas.
