Second
   If You are developing a program which wants to deal with
   gliphs, images and sound, just use a resource editor like
   the old Resource Workshop from Borland or edit any .RES
   or .RC file with the Borland C++ 5.02 included with BCB3
   and add whatever you want in that file as RC_DATA or
   USER_DATA or any name  You want, and access those
   resources with the Windows SDK API functions as RC_DATA
   resources.
