In Delphi when a project is run from the IDE, on any exeception 
it breaks and goes to the line of code in the source file that caused the
error. (if the Break On Exception option is enabled)

How to make BCB3 do the same.
	
What are the Environment or Project options that have to be 
specifically set to make this happen ?
