   What is the difference between an app built for Win95
and Windows NT?  I have a program Done in BCB1.0 on
a Windows 95 system. I need this thing to run on an NT
system. It does fine until I try to save to Disk.  I used
FILE I/O because I was more familiar with it. Would 
iostream fix it?  Any help appreciated...
