FTP server....

Hi,

I wante creat a software style "War Ftp Deamon" or "Serv-U". With theses
softwares, I can share some direcoties or disks. And when I give a login
and a password to a friend with my IP adress. This friend can access to
the shared directories, for read(or not read), for write(or not
write).....

Can you tell me where can I find a component FTP Server who run with
Builder 3.0 ?

Can you tell me some advice for create this soft.....
