Although it seems odd but has any one tried to use MFC code in BCB project?

I had to go to this extreme since I want to use the Vision SDK release by
microsoft recently as the underlying processing layer in my project. My
project is all BCB3 based while the Vision SDK is designed with MFC...

I have read somewhere that it requires some modifications in the actual MFC
header files to compile with Borland comilers. Has anyone more info?
