Builder 1->Builder 3 & Memory Sleuth

Folks,
   I have been having problems migrating my application from Builder 1 to
Builder 3.  The most annoying being that my application would not free up
system resources or more importantly "memory".  I did not have this problem
in the Builder 1 version.  So, after many nights of frustration, I acquired
Memory Sleuth, and this confirmed the Memory, only thing is, I am somewhat
inexperienced in reading this out put from the report.
I started to track this problem down by removing forms, code, variables,
from my application to see if I could get something to change, then I would
at least have a clue as to where the problem is.  Well, I am running out of
things to remove, and still nothing has changed.  Here is some of the
output, do any of you recognize these calls.  Also, remember that this
problem did not occur in Builder 1, so I am suspect of the upgrade.  Any
help or direction would be appreciated.
