Windows Resizing Problem on Win95

I've developed an application on a WINNT system, and everything seems to
working ok.
However, when I try to run the same application on a WIN95 system, the
following occurs : Upon re-sizing the screens, if it takes longer than 3-5
secs, the application stops responding, and I need to CTRL-ALT-DEL or
POWER-OFF-ON to resume.
