Even tho I don't have BCB3,  perhaps the confusion is the same I had in
BCB1 when I was trying to use it to write plain C programs (for school).

The Console Application object is NOT found if you hit FILE|NEW
APPLICATION.  It appears in the repository associated with hitting
FILE|NEW...

Very confusing, IMHO.
