Both the disc and installation program state it is professional, which
it should be.  I have also installed C++ 5.02 (I did that prior to C++
Builder).  Might the install program have detected that and not
installed console application stuff for some reason?  Also, I don't have
ISAPI and NSAPI project wizards, even though they are mentioned in the
help.
