Does anyone have any information on the best way to create glyphs?
I have some 1 pane button bitmaps that I created with Borland Resource
Workshop, but they don't look right when used as glyphs.  I have not
seen any instructions on how to lay out the other panes and the glyph
editor sucks, it only seems to allow you to select a BMP or save a BMP.
