Console wizard came with the BCB3, the Professional version ,  that I
installed on my computer.  To find it I select File | New. A form comes up
that say "New Items" In the tile bar. Next on page "New" on top line the
second item from the right says "Console Wizard".  Don't know you are
having trouble finding it.  I did a full install and accepted just about
every default option when offered a choice during the installation.  And
yes I successfully compiled and ran programs with console wizard  with BCB3.
