DDE with access

Hello,

In C++Builder 1.0 i've made a program
wich looked for a form in an ms-access database.
When Access wasn't started,  it automatically started Access up.

Now i've reformatted my pc installed everything again and started to
work with Builder 3.0 

DDE works when Access is started up, but Access isn't started up
automatically anymore.

Anybody knows how to do that again?
