This is not a BCB question, but it influences BCB, but pls respond 
directly (ONLY)

I do not want to cause a list of irrelevant mails on the BCB thread.

Can anyone inform us (on the lower side of the world)  how Win98 is 
going to differ from Win95. Some rumours are that it is radically 
different. This would surprise me.
