I called my Borland provider in Spain and I ordered the upgrade from
BCB1 Standard to BCB3 Pro. The price is good (basically the american
price for the upgrade counting the exchange rate). I am better off doing
it this way rather than ordering directly from Borland. The only catch
is that the thing is not yet available in Spain. In a few days (I am
told).
