I haven't tried any OWL programming at all, but what Borland said at a
Danish C++ Builder 3 seminar was that BCB3 & OWL is much more integrated
than BCB1 & OWL.
They said you could use all your existing OWL dialogs, and if you wan't
to edit them, bcb3 will automatically convert them to BCB3.
This means you can't make "pure" OWL programs using VCL, but you can
convert and edit your old things.
I don't know how to do it, but it can be done.
