RX Library woes

I've added the RX Library's three sets (rxctlreg  rxdbreg  rxtooreg) and
the first time they all compile into the VCL just fine. Then if I happen to
(ever) add another component it fails with  "Linker error - unresolved
extern in module Anifile.pas....." and so on . There are always the same
four errors, involving the animation control. I've tried hacking the
registration process but created even more problems. The only solution is
to remove the control set. I can keep the DB controls and the tools, but
not the RXControls. It's too bad you can't just remove one component using
the component/install dialog, but the whole set has to go. Oh I can get
past it by completely removing the RX Library, remove it from the path,
delete the folder, and start all over (since it always works the first
time). Who's gonna want to do that??? Most of the components on that tab
are duplicated elsewhere. I really liked the calc, file and folder
editboxes though.

My question is - has anyone else come across this, and have you figured out
what to do to fix it???

I've experienced this problem before (before my machine went down and I had
to wipe the drive and start over) And I still don't know the answer. Nor
can I use the controls.
