Sounds like a corrupted vcl library. (I assume the error msg says
cmplib32.ccl, not cmplib.ccl?) Try looking in the cbuilder\bin directory for
the file cmplib32.~cc and renaming it to cmplib32.ccl. That should restore
the vcl. If that fails, you might try copying the original file from the CD.
You will lose any changes you have made since installing BCB.

Did you install a component? That can sometimes cause corruption.
