The list of features for the different C++ Builder 3 on the back of the
order blank from Borland shows both Professional and Client Server as
including C++ 5.02.  This seems to be one of Borland's screwed up
marketing problems.  With Builder 1, some got C++ 5.02 and some didn't. 
I bought early and didn't.
