Hi all,

I'm frustrated. I've just called Borland Hungary, and they said BCB 3.0
Pro upgrade costs 72700 Forints, which is exactly $363. It's not fair.
Plus there is a tax of 25% added to this sum (!!!), so the total price
is $454. Don't forget, it's an upgrade price. I'm a student, but Borland
Hungary can't offer academic license, I should pay the full price. Just
to inform you: a salary of $450/month is far above the average in
Hungary. I think I'll order BCB3 directly from Borland over Internet.
