Today I received a direct offer (via snail-mail) from Borland
offering Builder Profgessional for $224 ($10-s/h) with all the
extra goodies, along with Memory Sleuth.

That price is under what I saw at Frye's Electronics ($279 w/$50
mail-in rebate).  My order goes out later this month.  Get on their
mailign list and get this offer.
