This is incorrect.  The following knowledgebase article was last reviewed 
and updated on Feb 10, 1998 and indicates that "Microsoft Personal 
Operating System Support Engineers support the installation of Win32s 
when it is obtained from the following source:"  This is followed by a 
link to the Microsoft Software Library Win32s download.

There is a disclaimer that MS Windows and WFW support engineers may not 
be able to assist with individual application or Win32s development 
questions but that MS Developer Support can assist with those problems.

Still, as I mentioned before, if the BCB stuff won't run with win32s the 
easiest option is to purchase a little extra RAM (if needed) and upgrade 
the target computer to Win95.
