Runtime Error

Project SimpleStat.exe raised exception class EListError with message  "List
index out of bounds".   Process stopped.  Use Step or Run to continue.

Above is the error message I get.  The aboutbox comes up with no text in it.
Any clues on how to figure out where this error is occurring?
