Moving project to Builder3

I just installed Builder 3 and am trying to upgrade a version 1 project.
The project uses the TTCP component, which is not included with version 3.
I assume the Socket component is probably the replacement, but I can't
figure out how to import the project.  When I try to load the project, it
fails to find the TTCP component and therefore does not import the form so
I can change it.  

Am I missing something, or can somebody explain how to replace these
components?
