1.1	How do I run my BCB application on Windows 3.1?

Short answer: you don't.

Long answer: BCB creates apps that run under Windows95 and NT only.  There
is no plan for a 16 bit version of BCB, so if you want similar
functionality, get the latest version of Delphi as it also includes a 16
bit version.

What?  Do I hear whining, moaning, and complaining?  Do I have to get my
three year old daughter to quote Philippians 2:14 for you?  Just sit back
and accept it, cause it ain't gonna change.
