I am trying to open a standard MDI app in full screen mode.  Everything
works fine except for the following peculiarity: if a user (for the record,
users are working on NT 4.0 with service pack 3) has his taskbar on
auto-hide, and my app is in focus, *sometimes* he cannot retrieve his
taskbar without minimizing (i.e. moving the mouse to the bottom of the
screen just doesn't do anything, instead of raising the auto-hide taskbar
as usual).  Similary, using ALT-TAB to switch to other apps also performs
inconsistently.  I do not have my app in "stayOnTop" mode or anything like
that, either.  If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks.
