Experience with Exchange - Outlook and MAPI-Commands with CPP-builder ?

Hi,

I must write an application that writes and reads the e-mail message from/into a Exchange-mailbox.  Has
somebody experience with this or has anybody some good examples / or a good book ?.   
Where can I found a list of all the MAPI-commands and some help-files ?
