It's better to download a shareware to make Help files. Microsoft has a
software to make Help files that's free, I'm not quite sure where you find
the file to download but you can start to search in http://www.microsoft.com/kb

I believe BCB it's not the right software to make Help files.

I already download the new Help files from Borland (last week) and didin't
have any problem at all.
