How do I get around this?

[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Failed to create map file c:\Project1.ilc
(error code 0).

If anyone knows what would cause this please let me know,  I can't get my
project going right now.

I have created several other apps with BCB so am sure its not related to
the actual  file creation.
